PERI solution

PERI supplied 333,380 square feet of SKYDECK for the construction of the four-level underground parking lot and 1,233,655 square feet for the 30 above-grade levels. Given the limited space, an efficient and easily cycled slab formwork system was crucial to maximize storage areas. The use of SKYDECK allowed for rapid cycling around the parking lot and helped eliminate unnecessary materials from the site, streamlining the construction process.

Furthermore, the project incorporates PERI's SKYTABLE and MAXIMO panels. Together, these systems played a crucial role in efficiently reducing production time according to the project's schedule. Their ease of packing and site mobility not only enhanced operational efficiency but also conserved valuable crane time, which was a critical resource for a project of this scale.

Overall, PERI's system solutions played a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure operations, ultimately guaranteeing the timely completion of the 45 King Towers. These impressive buildings are now welcoming residents in Hamilton, Ontario.
