With the ACS Core 400 Climbing System for high-rise cores, the PERI self-climbing technology performs its next evolutionary step: The optimized climbing process ensures simple processes and short cycle times. The new technology minimizes open building edges, resulting in increased safety for the users. In addition, ACS Core 400 can be used to climb large concrete distributors and support them during operation. Thanks to the large horizontal reach of the concrete distributor, the storey slabs can also be concreted simultaneously with the walls. The system is useful from about 30 storeys upwards, up to 2 storeys per week can be erected.
Comfortable, highly load-bearing working platforms
Spacious platforms for all work and for the concrete distributor
Economical anchor technology
Only 2 anchor points per bearing point and reusable climbing anchors save costs
Quick, safe climbing in one lift
Synchronous climbing without any unsecured building edges with a new hydraulic system
The ACS Core 400 system is optimized for massive high-rise cores with large cell dimensions and wall heights of 2.70 m to 4.85 m, which can be climbed continuously in one stroke. This makes ACS Core 400 also the ideal alternative when shortest construction times are required.
ACS Core 400 is ideally used with the Girder Wall Formwork VARIO GT 24 and especially developed Shaft Corner and Stripping Elements. Stripping can be done hydraulically with a single button. As an alternative, the climbing system is combined with the frame formwork MAXIMO and TRIO.
The long-stroke cylinders used have a lifting force of 40 tonnes. A systematic oil flow check ensures synchronous climbing of the entire internal and external formwork – also with high load differences.
Spacious and particularly stable platforms ensure safe, comfortable working and the necessary load bearing capacity for material storage. In addition, concrete placing booms with especially high operating distances can be used with ACS Core 400.
Preassembly available for just-in-time delivery of internal and external
platforms. Reuse of anchor points from Working Bracket to Climbing Bracket
saves on required embedded material and installation costs.
The 40 ton, single stroke hydraulics lift the entire unit to the next level in only
20 minutes. Top platform designed to support large concrete placing booms
independent from core size.
One central pump with individual controls for each cylinder allows for
fast, simple and easy levelling and alignment. On-site assembly is quick and
safe thanks to simple & intelligent connections of pre-assembled platforms.
System accommodates complex geometries such as internal lobby
slabs and wall steps while also having continuous flexibility in the location
of the working platform in relation to the formwork height.
