Wing Kei Village
Calgary, Alberta,
Canada
Wing Kei Village marks a significant step forward in senior living and continuing care in Alberta. Designed by Kasian Architecture Interior Design & Planning Ltd., this multi-storey complex is dedicated to long-term care, hospice, and supportive living, embodying both comfort and compassion. Construction began in 2024, with Phase 1 featuring an underground parkade, a concrete podium, and multiple above-grade residential levels, built as a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure with multiple cores and transfer slabs. Typical floor heights range from 3.0 m to 3.2 m, providing spacious, functional living environments. Once complete, this first phase will offer 180 suites for residents requiring long-term and hospice care, forming part of the project’s overall 320-unit vision to meet the growing needs of the senior community.
