Rising seven storeys in the heart of the Toronto Bloordale community, the Magellan Centre is set to deliver a meaningful blend of affordable rental housing and long-term care services for seniors, helping address a growing demand for accessible care and housing near transit. Designed by Snyder Architects Inc. and built by Corbuild Construction, the development officially broke ground in February 2025. Working alongside the project team is PERI customer LIMEN Group, bringing its expertise to a project focused not only on construction, but on creating lasting value for the surrounding community. Once complete, the Magellan Centre will provide modern living spaces and essential care services designed to support seniors with comfort, accessibility, and connectivity at the forefront.
