Forty-five King consists of two high-rise residential towers that were completed in just two years. This expansive project covers 500,000 square feet and includes a total of 581 residential units, with each tower rising to 30 stories. There is also a podium that spans 3, 5, and 6 stories, housing retail and amenity spaces. Additionally, the complex features outdoor green spaces, a pool, and an underground parking facility spanning four levels.
