Application form guidelines
1. Every applicant must have an e-mail address. If you do not have your own, it is no problem to get a free e-mail account from a provider such as Hotmail, Juno, Yahoo! or GMX. More information can be found on the internet.
2. After successfully starting the application process, you will receive your personal log-in and password by e-mail. With this password, you can repeatedly access your application during the following 7 days (calendar days) in order to make any changes.
At any time during these 7 days, you can send the final version by pressing the "send" button. After this, you will not be able to access your application - therefore, you should print out a copy beforehand.
3. Please do not exceed the maximum allowed number of characters.
4. Do not use abbreviations which could lead to any misunderstandings.
5. Activities abroad are not to be listed in a separate section but must be integrated accordingly in your resume. For example, a school year in Spain is to be included in "Secondary School Education" and one semester abroad in "University/College".
6. Leave free any field which does not apply to you.
7. Use the application date in the "to"-field for all activities you are involved in at the moment.
8. Always ensure that your data is saved before changing to another page.
9. Using the "Complete Overview", you have the possibility at all times to check any part of your job application which has been completed, and make any necessary changes before you send it.
